1. Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the promotion offer communications.

Free Money PromotionsBefore withdrawing any free money bonus, the player must comply with the following terms:

1. Prior to withdrawing any amount of this bonus, the player must play in a minimum of 10 raked hands per $1 of the total bonus, at tables with limits no lower than $0.25/$0.50.
   
2. The player also must have made at least one deposit at Royal Vegas Poker.

Poker Points Challenge

Players do not receive both the points for participation and the winning of a tournament. You will either receive the points for participation, 2nd to 10th place or winning the tournament, not a combination.

Live Events

1. At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy in for cash + fee.
   
2. Any individual player can only win one seat at the LIVE event he/she won a package to through the Microgaming Poker Network. Additionally, any individual player can only win one entry to the online final for the live event.
   
3. Microgaming’s package will include: $800 credited to a winners account to help with travel costs; hotel accommodation near the venue; and $500 or the equivalent of, which will be given to the each package winner upon arrival as spending money (the “Package”).
   
4. No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a Package to each of the winners. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by Microgaming whose decision shall be final.
   
5. Sit & Go feeders when used in the tournament structure, will be multi-level where winnings at any level are taken in the form of tokens which are non-cashable. Unused player tokens at the end of the tournament are non-cashable.
   
6. Microgaming reserves the right to buy-back entire Packages from players who have won a final Package for the LIVE Event. The price payable by Microgaming to buy-back a Package will be $3,600
   
7. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Microgaming will book event tickets, accommodation.
   
8. By entering the LIVE Event Online Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
   
9. By entering the LIVE EVENT, Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear (if requested) Microgaming Operator apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Microgaming management.
   
10. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Microgaming management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
    
11. Subject to the provisions of rule 6 above, the winner of a seat at any LIVE EVENT, Online Satellites and/or Final tournament can not sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and Microgaming will not award cash in lieu of a seat at any Online Tournament or live events.
    
12. As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
    
13. All satellite games shall be Single or Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following standard Microgaming rules.
    
14. The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
    
15. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the LIVE Event, Online Final and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Microgaming management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
    
16. Microgaming management reserves the right to deny entry to LIVE Event, Online Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
    
17. Microgaming management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the LIVE Event, Online Final and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
    
18. Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments.
    
19. Microgaming shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in any Microgaming events.
    
20. LEGALITY, INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND TAXATION OF WINNINGS:
    Microgaming jealously guards its participants' privacy.
